Privacy
This notice describes how this iOn website works and the available contact channels. For questions or requests about your data, use the contact below.
During your visit
This version of the site has no registration forms, behavioural advertising or analytics tools in the application code. We do not install optional marketing cookies. Language preference is represented in the URL, without creating a browsing profile.
Technical data
The hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses, access dates and times and technical browser information to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. Fonts and images are served by the website itself.
When you contact iOn
Contact buttons open WhatsApp or your email application. Only information you choose to send through those services, such as your name, contact details, brief, portfolio or professional introduction, is shared in the conversation. Send only what is necessary and avoid sensitive data. The purpose is to respond to your request and assess the project, service or opportunity presented.
External services
WhatsApp and your email provider have their own terms and policies. When you leave this website, processing by those services also follows their rules. We do not embed WhatsApp in the page and no message is sent automatically.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s LGPD, you may request confirmation of processing and access, correction and, where applicable, anonymisation, blocking, erasure, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent. You may also challenge processing and submit a petition to the ANPD. A proportionate identity check may be needed to respond.
Use and retention
iOn must process data according to the purpose of the contact and the applicable legal basis, such as steps before entering a contract at your request or compliance with a legal obligation. Erasure requests will be assessed against the purpose and applicable retention duties. We do not use generic cookie acceptance as authorisation for every type of processing.
How to make a request
Send your request to the institutional contact below, indicating that it concerns privacy and describing what you need. This notice covers the website and does not replace specific information about contracts, recruitment or other iOn activities.
