A gathering that put teams from distant sites in the same place.
Klabin wanted to bring together teams from distant plants to align culture and priorities, in a format that would not be one more auditorium convention with slides.
Conecta was designed as a field gathering, with group activities, content applied to the daily life of each site and a collective record. It closed with a photo everyone was inside of.

Bring us the challenge
A tight deadline, multiple locations, an open scope and plenty of people to align? That is how most of our projects begin.
